Haven is the town of intrigues, conspiracies, plots and all other shadowy things following the world of Humans from birth till death.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that a lot of people were surprised to see the human town practically in the full complement of the former Castle of Heroes III. Despite the ever lasting wars in Erathia for power or throne or land or all these together, the human Lords found some sanity to stop the fighting for a moment and organize the retreat to the new world through the portals.

Comparing to the Elves Humans are of course not so good in hiding all the ends in water and still have a habit of keeping some documents and other physical evidences around. Even when chaos of the last days of the world existence ruled in Antagarich, some either very clever or very responsible clerks found precious time to collect, pack and prepare for transportation the archives of Castle. It's a miracle that these thick volumes found their way to this new world into the libraries of Haven and didn't burn along with the old world. However, it is so in character with the Humans' nature that they immediately became a rare written artifacts of the past and forever lost history of the Human race. Therefore, those who have them in their possession vigorously protected them and those who don't craved for them with nearly the same level of intensity. Surely, some unscrupulous clerks, who are always existing in any bureaucratic system of the Humans, promptly recognized a market starving for a supply and used several ancient history scrolls and documents for the private purpose of improvement of their economical position.

Even so, I can't admit that I was very successful in collecting enough of the old authentic books from the ages of the late powerful empire of Castle. Nevertheless, some facts I've managed to puzzle out and the emerged picture wasn't a very pleasant sight.
