Get Writ of Fate
The second part of Getting to Arslegard Quest
for the first part check the Quest Find How to Resurrect Army in Jarls'Quests

To get the Capstone of Order, you will have to win all six prizes in the Gathering in Guberland and talk to the administrator. This is relatively simple. Get the Capstone from the guy near the red tent. Go to the Verhoffin Ruins at Isle of Ashes, which you were supposed to clear out already. Go to the lab. In front of the door to the lab there is a pentagram on the ground. Put the Capstone onto the pedestal, and the Writ of Fate appears behind you on the table. Take the Writ of Fate and drown again.

Quests
The great difference of Might and Magic IX in comparison to the previous VI, VII and VIII games is that in order to beat the game you have to read information provided in conversation with NPC (people populating the game), scrolls, letters, notes and in all other sources. Now everything must be done in the proper order and strictly following given instructions. You can not anymore just do things around and then claim a quest as done by back date.
Therefore, be patient and read everything, even if it is boring and not as exciting as fighting!

Below there are the descriptions of how to fulfill each of these Quests.  Do not read the explanations below if you do not want to receive any hints and spoilers.
Clean out the Bathhouse

Isn't a necessary quest. it doesn't influence anything in the game. If you want to get some extra experience then just go to the bathhouse and kill everyone.
Sell new brew to brew master in Guberland

Talk to the innkeeper in Frosgard. He says you that he can't sell his new brew there and asks you to help selling it in Guberland. Pick up the brew and go to Guberland. Talk to the innkeeper there and tell her to buy the beer. Go back to Frosgard for your reward.
Rescue the cook's brother

Talk to the cook and open the other cell in Drangheim prison. There is a prisoner inside it.
Slay the dragon

The quest isn't that difficult as it seems to be. Enter the cave in Lindisfarne. Come close to the Dragon. One character of your party does Poison Cloud spell, the second character does Divine Intervention spell when it is necessary. All others use whatever is handy. Do right clicking as long as it is necessary until you slay the Dragon.  In real time it takes 10-15 minutes, so be patient.
Escape Isle of Ashes

Return to Forad Darre and ask him to get out of the island. Ask about a locked door and the key. Head back to Yrsa to retrieve the key. Cross the bridge and hack your way into the locked room right in front of the castle ruins in the small tower. Click on the book to watch the victory animation.
Find the Jarls

After you return from Yrsa's task, you'll find that the Jarls are gone from the hall in Kira's place. Talk to the soldier near the entrance. The guard will tell you they left for Yorwick. Go there. You'll find the Jarls in Yorwick.
Retrieve Ludwig's Manuscript

Go down to the sewers. First of all kill those monsters who are hanging from the ceiling. These ceiling things produce new small monsters and must be killed at once. In the sewers you must go to the bottom. Tunnels are confusing, so be attentive. Manuscript is at the bottom near the grating.
Get Nicolai a job

Talk to Nicolai. Talk to the guy near the red tent in Guberland and ask whether he needs any help as you know some royalty who needs a job. He will tell you that it's okay for Nicolai to work there. Return and bring good news to Nicolai. Talk to the first guy again to get your reward.
Defeat Njam the Meddler
the last quest of the game

After the messenger will inform you that you are summoned by God Krohn, return to the Hall of the Gods and talk to Krohn. He will tell you that in order to explate your fault you need to freeze another God whom he considers as the bad one. Take the key. Go to the Njam's house. He will appear. Turn around and go to the Hall of 1000 Terrors. There you need to get to the room with freezing machine.
Quest isn't that hard for the last one in the game. Be attentive with the chess and the puzzle doors. Do not pay attention to Njam's attacks when you'll be inside. From time to time he will pop up and bother you, then disappear again.
Get Black Orb of Knowledge

The Orb is in the Wizard's Lab in Yorwick. By the time you get there, you should be in your mid-30s levels or higher. In the tower, always push a button behind the portal and enter the portal to be transported into a different section.
Get the Orbs of Linking

You must collect six Orbs of Linking which you return to the banks after that. Quest isn't difficult as the guards are very few. The Orbs are in Inventa Storca. This location isn't visible on the adventure map.
Destroy the Order of Honk

The quest is pretty easy at the time you finally get it in the game. Go to the Temple of Honk in Guberland. Find and pick up the goose.
Retrieve the missing relic

This is the second part of the "Slay the Dragon" quest. The relic is in the Wizard's Lab in Yorwick. This is not very hard quest if you can handle Connecting Tunnels to Yorwick. In the lab you can use the crystals to teleport yourself to another location. In one of the places there is the room with bookcase in the corner. This bookcase hides the teleport inside. This hidden teleport will transport you to the room with the locked doors. There you'll be able to find the relic of the saint.
Resurrect army

One of the most boring quests in the game. You are supposed to feel guilt for something you haven't done. Just follow the instructions of the god and answer his questions. Do not worry if you answered wrong, he will repeat the questions until you'll give the correct replies.
Find the saboteur

After receiving the quest, talk to the guy on the bottom floor of the city hall and accuse him of being the saboteur. Follow him outside to see him disappear. Head back to the tavern to report.
Find lost sheep

Errand quest. Easy to do. In the middle of the village there is the girl who asks you to bring the sheep. The sheep is in front of you not far from the entrance to the dungeon. You are supposed to click on the sheep and it will follow you. It didn't work for me, though. But this quest is of no importance to the game.
Win a prize at the Thing for Yrsa's daughter Bikki

Go to The Thing in Thjorgard and win all six events. If this is the first time you buy tickets, you should get a scroll with game rules as well. All of the quests are very easy. Once you win all the games, you get a dragon doll from the administrator. Bikki is outside of Thronheim, near the side gate.
Survive the Training Hall

This is the first part of "Slay the Dragon" quest. The guy by the name of Snorri the Fist will promise you to say how to slain the dragon if you do something first. This is the first task you need to do. Just follow his instructions. It is easy.  Quest that tends to be done when you even didn't notice it.  At least it was with me.
Stop the war between Sturmford and Drangheim

After calling the war council, a messenger will approach you telling that Sturmford and Drangheim are in war. Town Portal is essential here. Teleport to the both towns and talk to the leaders. Then port to Thronheim and ask Jarla Kira to write the peace treaty. Then talk to both Jarls again and return to Kira to watch a long video.

Find Yrsa the Troll
First quest in the game

After you'll be ship wrecked on the Isle of Ashes, search the shore for a treasure chest. Then head up the road killing local monsters. Be prepared for a hard fight for your inexperienced characters. Talk to the man at the bridge, Forad Darre, who will direct you to Yrsa. She's the old woman in the house.
